Mantega said at a press conference in the capital city Brasilia that the country's economy is already growing at a 4 percent rate and will maintain the growth rate in the next 12 months.

He said Brazil will be one of the first countries to overcome the crisis and will emerge from it even stronger than before, thanks to the efficient measures taken by the government to minimize the impact of the crisis; Kazinform refers to China View.
