Boy, 4, hit and killed in Aktobe region

AKTOBE. KAZINFORM - A 4-year-old child has died under the wheels of a truck in Kargalinskoye village, Aktobe region, local police say.
According to reports, the 43-year-old driver of Gaz-53 truck hit and killed the little boy who crossed the road in a place without proper pedestrian signals. The child died of sustained injuries right at the scene. The police are currently investigating the accident. A criminal case against the driver has been initiated. He faces up to 5 years in prison.
