Boxers from Kazakhstan to storm WSB podium for the third time

ASTANA. March 24. KAZINFORM - In Buenos Aires today (by Astana time it will be morning of 25th) in the first quarterfinal match of the World Series of Boxing team there will join teams of Argentina Condors and Astana Arlans.

The coaching staffs of the opposing teams have named their compositions for the upcoming five-round fights. The ring in the weight category up to 54 kg will be given to Alberto Melian and Elik Abdraimov; 61 kg - Juan Carrasco and Samat Bashenov; 73 kg - Carlos Castaño and Sergey Derevyanchenko; 85 kg - Yamil Peralta and Hrvozhe Sen; over 91 kg - Oscar Ricardo Perez and Mihai Nistor.

After the match in the Argentine capital the athletes of the quarterfinal pairs will move to Almaty, where on March 29 there will be a second contest. The price of victory in the March confrontation is the semi-finals of the third season of the World Series of Boxing.
