Bomb targets Somali head's hotel

MOGADISHU. september 12. KAZINFORM There has been a suicide attack at the gates of a hotel in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu, where the new president was staying, eyewitnesses told the BBC.
The bomber and at least four security guards were killed, one witness said.
There were also reports of a second explosion not far from the Jazeera hotel in Mogadishu near the airport.
On Tuesday, Islamist militants said the election of Hassan Sheikh Mohamud as president was organised by the "enemies of Somalia".
Correspondents say his election is the latest step to end decades of war.
