Blizzard warning announced in 4 regions of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The Emergency Committee under the Ministry of Interior have declared a snow storm warning in four regions of the country.
December 29, in Akmola, Karaganda, Pavlodar, East Kazakhstan regions heavy snow, ice slick, blizzard, southwest wind of 15-20 mps with gusts of 25 mps.
