Blizzard closes roads in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Highways in Karaganda and Pavlodar regions have been closed, officials say.
Roads for all types of transport were closed in Karaganda region due to blizzard and zero visibility. Severe weather conditions also stud down a section of the Kyzylorda-Pavlodar motorway in Pavlodar region.
