Blast hits capital of Russia's Chechnya, one injured

GROZNY. July 30. KAZINFORM A blast rocked the center of Grozny, the capital of Russia's volatile North Caucasus republic of Chechnya on Friday, a police spokesperson said. Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.

A man was reportedly injured as a result of the blast. According to preliminary data, the bomb exploded near a trade center.

Police have arrived at the site of the blast.
