Black ice predicted in most regions of Kazakhstan on March 27

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Blizzard, ice up, strong winds are predicted in most regions of Kazakhstan, according to Kazhydromet.
Weather without precipitation is expected in the southern part of the country. Fog, black ice, winds of up to 15-20 mps are forecasted for Akmola, West Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, South Kazakhstan, Karaganda regions. Fog will blanket Atyrau, North Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan regions. Foggy weather is also expected in Kostanay region. Black ice, wind of 15-20 mps, drifting snow will rule the day in Pavlodar region of the country.
