Bishkek to hold int?l conference on SCO

BISHKEK. June 2. KAZINFORM /Vladimir Dobrovolsky/ Experts from the Central Asian states are preparing for an international conference on the SCO, which is to be held in Issyk Kul on June 5-6; Kazinform reports.
On the threshold of the international conference a press conference will be held in Bishkek on June 3. The experts will give their assessment of the SCO ability to become a major factor of union the region?s countries, consider the organization?s potential and etc.
The international conference ?SCO as the factor of integration of Central Eurasia: potential of observer-states and neighbor-states? will be carried out in Issyk Kul on June 5-6. About 50 representatives of political and expert circles from Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, India, Iran, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Great Britain, France, Germany, the SCO Secretariat will take part in the conference.
