'Best of India' exhibition opens in Kazakhstan city
The Embassy of India launched the "Best of India" sale exhibition at the Atakent Exhibition Grounds in Almaty on February 26. It was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador Ashok Sajjanhar.
The exhibition with participation of around 60 companies has displays of exclusive Indian products like wood items, furniture, textiles, readymade apparels, household fabrics, pearls and jewellery, hand embroidered woollen and pashmina shawls, cosmetics, healthcare products and incense, a statement issued by the embassy said.
Large crowds have dared sub-zero temperatures to visit the exhibition.
The exhibition will travel to Pavlodar and Karaganda cities in March.
