Beijing hosts World Media Forum

BEIJING. October 9. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ World Media Forum with the participation of chiefs of leading world mass media kicked off in Beijing today.
Organizers of the event say over 130 leading mass media including 9 media-corporations, 62 news agencies and 30 TV and radio corporations from more than 70 countries have gathered for the forum.
The participants will focus on the issues of cooperation and the opportunities for the global mass media provided in modern conditions.
Besides, heads of the global mass media will analyze the current situation and tendencies of development of the global industry of mass media amid the financial crisis.
