Baku hosts CIS Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs

Kazakh delegation is headed by Kazakh Minister of Internal Affairs Kalmukhanbet Kasymov.

Priorities of cooperation of ministries of internal affairs of the CIS member state and an implementation of prevention crimes' interstate programs will be discussed at the meeting.

Besides, participants will talk about perspectives of combating against illegal drug, psychotropic substances and their precursors' traffic and the several aspects of narcotic addiction combating. The improvement of the mechanism of interaction of law enforcement officers of the Commonwealth in implementing international wanted persons will also be in the agenda.

Another topic of the meeting is the financial and business management of the Office for the Coordination of the fight against organized crime and other dangerous crimes at the CIS territory.

Besides, a creation of the Scientific-Consultative Council under CIS Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs, which aim is scientific and methodological support of international cooperation of police, will be also discussed during the meeting
