B. Sagintayev instructed to develop map of priority projects in sphere of processing of agricultural products

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting in the Ukimet Uyi today. The participants of the meeting considered the issues of implementation and relevance of a complex plan on development of the processing of agricultural products and food industry for 2014-2015 in view of the instructions given by the Head of State, the press service of the prime Minister of Kazakhstan informs.

Heads of central state bodies, National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, KazAgro Holding, Damu Fund, etc. took part in the meeting.

Upon completion of the meeting B. Sagintayev gave instructions to the ministries and agriculture and investments and development jointly with the National Entrepreneurs Chamber to develop the map of priority projects in the sphere of processing of agricultural products.

As earlier reported, President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev emphasized that processing of agricultural products and food industry must be a priority direction with the view of the current situation in the world economy. In this regard, the Government received instructions to continue work on financial recovery of the entities of the agro-industrial complex, which was started in 2013-2014.
