Azerbaijani political figures awarded medals of Kazakh President

Among the awardees are Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov and Chairman of Writers' Union Anar Rzayev.

In his speech, the Kazakh diplomat praised the contribution of Azerbaijani political figures in the development and strengthening of bilateral relations, including the expansion of ties between the peoples of the two countries and informed the Azerbaijani side on the achievements of our country in various fields.

Foreign Minister Mammadyarov, congratulating the leadership and people of Kazakhstan on the 20th anniversary of Independence, praised political and socio-economic reforms conducted in our country. He expressed confidence in further development of friendly and mutually beneficial relations between the two countries.

The prospects of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan were discussed during the meetings.
