Average monthly payments for repairing cost compensation to make 2-3 thousand tenge

According to Pm.kz, apartment owners will pay for repair works conducted within the Housing and Utilities Modernization Program by installments for several years.  The average monthly payment will make 2-3 thousand tenge, the press service of the Agency reports.

The amount of payments will depend on the floor area of the apartment and the volume of conducted works. Apartment owners will participate in approval of the estimate of cost and control over the repair process.

Low-income owners of apartments whose expenses for repair and maintenance of houses exceed 10% of the total family income can apply to the akimat for support. The maximum share of the family income spent for paying utility bills and maintenance of the condominium property is defined by the maslikhat.

It is worth noting that 11624 houses are planned to be repaired under the Housing and Utilities Sector Modernization Program in Kazakhstan in 2011-2020.
