TANA. August 22. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The average grain yield makes 14.4 centner per hectare. Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Assylzhan Mamytbekov has announced it at the Government's session.
According to him, this year there were favorable agro-meteorological conditions for the formation of the harvest and taking into account information from the regions, the harvest is planned to be above average - about 18-18.9 million tons of grain, including about 14.5 million tons of wheat. "At present all regions, except Akmola and Kostanay oblasts started harvesting," A.Mamytbekov said.
