Austria backs Kazakhstan's candidacy for EXPO 2017 - Heinz Fischer

VIENNA. October 22. KAZINFORM Austria thanks Kazakhstan for the support of its candidate to the UN Children's Rights Committee, President Heinz Fischer told a briefing in the Vienna Hofburg palace after his talks with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
"We will support each other in the elections to various international committees, in particular, Austria will support the candidacy of Kazakhstan in the UNESCO World Heritage Committee. Austria is also very positive about the candidacy of Kazakhstan to host EXPO 2017. Austria also thanks Kazakhstan for the support of Austrian candidate to the UN Children's Rights Committee, and is positive about the nomination of Kazakhstan's candidate to the UN Human Rights Committee," said Heinz Fischer.
In his opinion, in the future it will expand and have a positive impact on the dialogue between Austria and Kazakhstan in the field of human rights.
