ASTANA. March 4. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The CIS member countries will carry through joint military trainings titled ?Combat Commonwealth - 2009? during August 7-September 18, 2009, Vadim Volkovitsky, First Deputy Commander of the Russian Air Force, informed today following the session held by the Coordinating Committee of the CIS Defense Ministers Council, Kazinform reports.
?Upon completion of the trainings we will gather in Astrakhan (Russia) by tradition ?, he said.
Military representatives from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan took part in the Committee meeting.
