The peculiarity was that whereas in previous years technological installations were stopped and repaired in stages, this year for the first time the entire plant has been run out. The stopped equipment includes integrated gasoline and diesel fuel hydrotreating unit, ELOU-AUT units on catalytic reforming, hydrogen and sulfur production.
