Atyrau explosion occurred in basement of five-storey residential building

ATYRAU. October 31. KAZINFORM /Andrey Sokolov/ According to preliminary data an explosion occurred in a basement of a five-storey residential building; a Kazinform correspondent reports.
Window frames were smashed till the fifth floor. The explosion was so powerful, that a blast blew some windows in the house, which stands across the street. There is no official information on victims and injuries.
