Attacker of 9-year-old girl wanted in Aktobe

The incident occurred on Thursday evening when the girl was on her way home after classes. The man approached her from behind and tried to grab her. Fortunately, a woman who was passing by cried for help and the attacker fled the scene. The girl's parents called the police who are now trying to find the witness. They hope that the woman who saw the incident can either identify the attacker or help construct the facial composite.
