ATF Bank ahead of refinancing schedule

ALMATY. August 5. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ In the second tranche Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund allotted KZT 1.3 bln to ATF Bank to refinance mortgage loans.
As of August 3 the allocated funds had been entirely utilized by the Bank.
As per the Agreement between Samruk-Kazyna and the ATF Bank the funds utilization should have been ended up by October, 1. According to Head of ATF Bank Sales Department Nurlan Akshanov, the Bank has distributed the second tranche funds for the mortgage loans refinancing ahead of schedule .
"It took a month for us to refinance 325 loans to the amount of KZT 1.3 bln. The highest ratio in the overal refinancing volume falls on Astana 16%, Aktobe 15%, Aktau 14%, Almaty 11% and Karaganda 9%", - he said.
