Astana welcomes Third Economic Forum participants

ASTANA. July 1. KAZINFORM /Kalamkas Abuova/ - Third Astana Economic Forum has been opened today in the capital of Kazakhstan. The topic is 'Sustainable Economic Growth and post-Crisis Period'. The Head of the State is expected to take part in the forum.
OSCE Secretary General Mark Perrin de Brichambaut, Executive Secretary of UN Economic Commission for Europe Jan Kubis are to take part in the forum. Legal Adviser of 'Heenan Blaikie' Corporation, Former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien, Norwegian economist, Nobel Prize in economics in 2004 Finn E. Kydland, President of the European Investment Bank Philippe Mayshtadt, ADB Vice-President Zhao Xiaoyu, First Vice-President of International Academy of Investments, Director of the Institute of Srategic Research of EurAsEC integration problems Anatoliy Spitsyn, Nobel Prize laureate in economics Robert Mandell will speak at the forum.
