Astana welcomes national teams of Iran and Jordan

ASTANA. January 26. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ A welcoming ceremony of the national teams of Iran and Jordan who arrived in Kazakhstan to participate in the 7th Asian Games has been held in Astana.
"It is an obligatory tradition of any Olympic and Asian Games. Every team should get through this. We demonstrate our hospitality", Vice President of the Organizing Committee of the Asiad Serik Kulmurzayev noted.
During the welcoming ceremony flags were raised and the gathered listened to the anthems of these states. The representatives of the Iranian and Jordanian sides expressed gratitude to the organizers for such a warm reception.
