Astana to host Asian Fighting Championship

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - From 11 to 13 June the capital of Kazakhstan will host the Asian Fighting Championship, this has been announced by Secretary General of the Asian Federation for hand-to-hand fight Bolat Mukhanov .
"The Asian Fighting Championship is a qualifying stage for the World and Asian Championships. Athletes who will take first places will take part in the World Championship in Moscow in April 2015. Athletes with 2nd and 3d places will participate in the Asian Championship, which will be held here in Astana from 11 to 13 June the current year," said B.Mukhanov. According to his words, almost all regions of Kazakhstan will delegated their athletes for participation in the national tournament. The event will involve 187 athletes.
