ASTANA. April 11. KAZINFORM "Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, enters the new stage of its development. It ranks among the advanced dynamically-developing cities of the world," President Nursultan Nazarbayev told the sitting on the further development of Astana city.
"The acclaimed National Geographic regards our capital as the land of future and the city attractive to search for success. Last year the European Foundation for Quality Management certified Astana city administration (akimat).
"Astana is a home to 100,000 people from 77 countries of the world now."
"Last year we unveiled unique facilities such as a republican cardiac centre, palace of schoolchildren, Zhas Ulan school building," the President said.
