Astana population exceeds 775 000

ASTANA. June 21. KAZINFORM Astana city population has exceeded 775 000 people, the press service of the republican healthcare development center said.
According to statistics, population of the capital city has grown by 12 426 people since the beginning of the year. The number of females in the population exceeds that of males by 3.25%.
Reduction in maternal and infant mortality is observed this year as compared to the analogous period of 2011.
