Astana Piano Passion contest prize fund to hit USD 60,000

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The III international festival of classical music and contest of young pianists Astana Piano Passion will take placein the capital of Kazakhstan next April, astanaday.kz reports. The contest art director is People's Artist of Russia Denis Matsuev.
The contest affords the winners not only a cash prize up to USD 60,000 but also an opportunity to perform at the festivals and concerts in Russia, France and other countries. Besides, acknowledged teachers from music academies from around the world will give master classes in Astana as part of the contest.
