"Astana Innovation" structure to be established in Astana - Tasmagambetov

ASTANA. May 4. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ A separate structure "Astana Innovation" is being created in Astana for ensuring more favorable conditions for innovations introduction. Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov has announced it at the IV Astana Economic Forum.
"It is an innovative hub, which will be established on the model of the leading world centers in Boston (the U.S.A.) and Finland. It includes business incubation, venture financing and technology transfer," I.Tasmagambetov noted.
According to him, in Astana it is planned to implement a number of projects on innovative production output.
