ASTANA. KAZINFORM "Now Astana has a unique opportunity to embark on a new stage of its development and turn into one of the best cities of the world," Kazakh PM Karim massimov said opening Smart Astana 2014 international conference.
"Development of cities is in the spotlight around the world now. Cities compete in raising capitals, attracting population and scientists, and people themselves choose the city they will live and develop," he added.
