Astana hosts int'l conference "Kazakhstan in OSCE: principles of four "T"

Today the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University held the international conference "Kazakhstan in the OSCE: principles of four "T". Rector of the University Bakhytzhan Abdraimov, Majilis deputy Kamal Burkhanov, Head of the OSCE Center in Astana Alexander Kelchevsky, Senate deputy Adil Akhmetov and others delivered reports.

"Any opportunity of coverage of the OSCE activity is important, especially on interaction with the young generation - students. Most of them heard about the OSCE and think that they know what this Organization is, but few people informed of its history and activity", Alexander Kelchevsky said.

He noted that he considers two months of Kazakhstan's activity as the OSCE chairman to be successful.

Ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Greece, Spain, Italy, Jordan, Norway, Netherlands, and Slovakia took part in the conference.
