Astana hosts II Kazakh-Korean Interparty Forum

Opening the forum, First Deputy Chairman of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party Nurlan Nigmatulin noted that thanks to the political activities of presidents Nursultan Nazarbayev and Lee Myung-bak Kazakhstan and South Korea have become strategic partners. However, cooperation between the two countries is not limited to economic issues, in recent years interparty relations became closer and more fruitful.

Through their contacts Kazakhstan Nur Otan and the Grand National Party of South Korea Hannara contribute a lot in developing bilateral dialogue between the two states.

The II Kazakh-Korean Interparty Forum is aimed at creating favorable conditions for boosting and deepening of cooperation in all spheres.

"Today's forum is a good opportunity to meet and exchange views on a wide range of issued regarding the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea," Nigmatulin noted.
