Astana EXPO-2017 JSC to be granted tax-exempt status

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Majilis, lower chamber of the Kazakh Parliament, has approved in the first reading the bill "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of taxation" at the plenary session chaired by speaker Kabibulla Dzhakupov.
"Ahead of the EXPO-2017 event in the Kazakh capital, it was suggested granting tax exemptions to National Company Astana EXPO-2017 JSC," Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev said introducing the bill at the session. "In line with the bill the company will be exempted of advance payments, land and property tax and many more," Minister Dossayev added.
