Astana Economic Forum brings together 130 ministers from 100 countries

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The VII Astana Economic Forum has started today its work at the Palace of Independence in Astana, our correspondent reports.

The Astana Economic Forum is one of the largest international forums of the world. Since 2008 it has been gathering global leaders, experts and businessmen in Astana to seek for the ways to combat main economic and social challenges. Above 10,000 delegates are expected to attend it this year. 130 ministers from 100 countries, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Deputy Prime Ministers of Lithuania, Georgia, Poland and Portugal also joined the discussions. More than 70 events will be held in the margins of the forum.
