ASTANA. KAZINFORM The Head of State decreed to relieve Askar Beissenbayev of his duties as the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus, Permanent Representative to the CIS charter bodies concurrently, Kazinform learnt from the Akorda press service.
