Asia Auto starts production of new Škoda models

The largest car factory of the republic "Asia Auto" starts production of Škoda Octavia 4x4, Octavia Combi 4x4, Octavia Scout and Yeti 1.6 MPI AT. According to the company, this year the Škoda brand has high dynamics of sales. In the period from January to October 2014 the number of cars sold increased by 43%. One of the fastest growing brands in Kazakhstan market has been preferred by 4704 Kazakhstanis. As informed in the company, by February of the next year 10 new models and modifications of Škoda vehicles will be available for our people. As told the president of "Asia Auto" JSC Yerik Sagymbayev, Škoda is among the ten best-selling cars in Kazakhstan. About 21% of output from January to October accounted for Škoda. At present, Škoda is the European model number 1 in Kazakhstan and the best-selling "foreign car" of local assembly.
