ASTANA. May 3. KAZINFORM More than 40 embassies representing six continents open their doors to DC visitors and residents on May 4. Participants can travel the world as they experience the food, art, dance, fashion, and music of different countries, Kazinform refers to the Kazakh Embassy in the U. S.

Last year visitors were treated to karate demonstrations, dance performances, sari wrapping lessons, and henna demonstrations, Participating embassies for 2013: Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Cote d'Ivoire, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyz, Malaysia, Mexico, Mozambique, Nepal, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts & Nevis, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, and Zambia. Admission is free, reservations are not required, and complimentary shuttle service is provided.
