Armenia and Kazakhstan lead among CIS on fright trafficking growth

ST. PETERSBURG. August 6. KAZINFORM /Yelena Myagkova/ Armenia and Kazakhstan became leaders among CIS state on growth of fright trafficking by all modes of transport in January-May this year. The fright trafficking growth of these two states was up to 22.8% and 16.7% correspondently, the CIS Statistics Committee informed.
Totally the fright trafficking in the CIS during five months of this year increased by 127 mln tons. This is 6% more compared to the corresponding period of the last year.
The fright trafficking in three countries - Moldova, Russia and Kyrgyzstan - decreased by 11.3%, 1.5% and 0.9% correspondingly.
Recovery of the travel market of the CIS is less active. Countries providing the main passenger flow (Russia and Ukraine) reduced the results compared to the last year.
