Armed forces of Kazakhstan begin preparations for military parade (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani soldiers have begun to prepare for the parade of troops dedicated to the 70th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, Kazakhstan held parades of troops in 2005, 2009, 2011 and 2014. Last year, the parade was attended by nearly 2,600 troops of all arms and services, military institutions of higher education. The parade demonstrated about 217 pieces of military equipment and 73 units of aircraft. The upcoming parade promises to be the largest of the previously conducted in our country. It is worth noting that the parade will attract two times as many personnel and military vehicles. Moreover, the parade will demonstrate modern weapons and armament of the Great Patriotic War.
