Approaches to implementation of ‘Intellectual Nation’ Project discussed in Pavlodar

The participants considered the issues of formation and development of talented youth, employment of university graduates and inclusion to entrepreneurship as well as introduction into new agricultural scientific projects.

"The lecture of the President covers a number of projects of the national significance which caused heated debates in the Kazakhstani society", - Rector of the University Yerlan Aryn noted.

"The issues and prospects of the post-crisis economy are not only interested for political scientists. The prosperity of all strata of the Kazakhstani society depends on the strategic state policy in this field. Considering the intellectual breakthrough as one of the principal factors promoting negotiation of negative effects of the world crisis, comprisal of Kazakhstan to the number of advanced countries of the world N. Nazarbayev drew attention to the 'Intellectual Nation' Project. Its implementation is the task of the universities".

University researches, deputies of the city and regional maslikhats, representatives of Nur Otan Party and executive authority took part in the event.
