"The strategic advantage of Kazakhstan is the offensive nature of anti-crisis measures, because it comes to preparing a platform for economic breakthrough in spite of the difficult situation in the global economy," Muzaparova stressed.

According to her, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan takes active measures to overcome the negative impact of the crisis.

"Guarantee of success of Kazakhstan's strategic plan supports the experience of crisis management in 2007-2009, while Kazakhstan has become one of the few countries in the world that has kept positive dynamics of economic growth and prevent the reduction of employment, and thus fulfilled all social obligations," Muzaparova said.
