Amendments to legislation on physical culture and sport returned to Mazhilis

ASTANA. February 5. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Senate of Kazakh Parliament considered the draft Law ?On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of physical culture and sport? at the plenary session, Kazinform correspondent reports.
The draft law aimed at the establishment of the legal base to improve the development of mass sports and athletes reserve training. The senators made a number of amendments to the draft law. In particular they specify the doers involved in the field of physical training and sport. In addition, a number of amendments of editorial nature specifying some details were amended. The senators also proposed an increase in the material security of athletes and coaches in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of paragraph 2 of the Article 30-1 of the Law ?On Physical Culture and Sport?.
Following the discussion the senators decided to send the draft law back to the Mazhilis.
