Amendments to Law “On notariat” returned to Majilis

TANA. October 20. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ The Kazakh Senate has considered the draft Law "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On notariat" at a plenary session.
Introducing the bill, Minister of Justice Rashid Tussupbekov noted that it is aimed at conducting effective state policy in the field of notary offices and ensuring rights and interests of natural and legal entities.
During work on the bill the senators made some amendments. And after the discussion it was decided to direct the bill to the Majilis.
