AMANAT Party congress greenlights merger with ADILET to build a Just Kazakhstan
The AMANAT Party held a regular congress in Astana, where party members reviewed their work in developing the country and supported the idea of merging with the ADILET Party. This decision was made in support of the Head of State's call to consolidate all progressive socio-political forces around national values and goals at a new stage of the country's development, Qazinform News Agency reports.
More than 1,500 delegates from all regions of Kazakhstan, members of the Political Council, Parliament deputies, and activists of the party's youth wing Zhastar Rukhy attended the Congress.

In his address, Majilis Speaker and AMANAT Party Chairman Yerlan Koshanov emphasized that the successfully implemented reforms of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev are today shaping the foundation of a new society and a new image of the state. Key values — strengthening independence, the well-being and unity of the people, and national integrity — are taking center stage. Thanks to the President's decisive actions, all state institutions have been completely reset, political competition has strengthened, and society has found a confident voice that genuinely influences decision-making.
The Majilis Speaker noted that the culmination of these processes, the true triumph of President Tokayev's policies, was the adoption of the new Constitution, supported by the overwhelming majority of Kazakhstanis in a nationwide referendum. Today, the country has entered a new historical era, based on human dignity, justice, law, and progress.
"Now we must take a step that meets the logic of the times, the interests of the state, and the demands of society. Today, the country does not need new lines of division but new points of unity. At this critical moment, we must join our resources to the new political party Adilet. Together as a single pro-presidential force, we will build a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan. We are not abandoning our principles, beliefs, and ideas. On the contrary, we are making them even stronger, expanding their potential, and taking them to a new level of development," Yerlan Koshanov said.

The AMANAT Chairman called this decision a natural and mature political process supported by Party members at all levels.
"AMANAT is the bequest of our ancestors and accountability to generations to come. ADILET is justice, which is the foundation of a strong and modern state. By uniting these values, we strengthen public unity. Ultimately, we all share one goal — a strong Kazakhstan, a prosperous country, and the well-being of every citizen. It is for this goal that we are making a decision that will not be the end of the road but the beginning of a new chapter in our shared history," Koshanov emphasized.

The Congress reviewed the results of the party's extensive work in supporting the Head of State's political course.
Majilis deputy and leader of the AMANAT parliamentary faction, Aidos Sarym, spoke about legislative support for reforms. During the current convocation, AMANAT faction deputies drafted 104 of the 118 proposed bills (88 percent of all legislative initiatives), addressing the most pressing issues of the country's development, submitted numerous parliamentary inquiries, and held thousands of meetings reaching hundreds of thousands of people.
As the main driving force behind the President's policies, the Party systematically addressed society's most pressing problems through social projects. The Qaryzsyz Qogam project has helped 1.5 million people combat over-indebtedness. The Auyl Amanaty program, through microloans at 2.5 percent interest, has created tens of thousands of jobs in rural areas. Under Zher Amanaty, 15 million hectares of land have been returned to the state and the people. The Sifrlyq Qogam project united government agencies, the IT community, and volunteers to improve digital literacy in all regions. And Turdyndar Amanaty established direct dialogue between residents and government agencies to address housing and utility issues.

Over three years, the party has fulfilled 70 percent of its "Together with the People" election program. Achievements include 600 new schools, higher salaries for civil servants, doctors, and cultural workers, the opening of new stroke and cardiology centers, and the launch of free screening. Dialogue with professional communities led to legislation freeing teachers from non-teaching duties and introducing signing bonuses of up to 10 million tenge for rural doctors.
Regional representatives, as well as the Party's women's and youth wings, addressed delegates on the party's current activities.

Women's Wing Co-Chair and Majilis deputy Unzila Shapak highlighted the Party's role in promoting the new Constitution and strengthening women's role in governance. Majilis deputy Nursultan Baitilessov noted the effectiveness of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve and the contribution of young MPs to IT legislation.
At the conclusion of the congress, delegates unanimously voted in favor of the strategic decision to merge with the Adilet Party. The initiative, approved by the congress, demonstrates the readiness of the party community to act as a consolidated platform in support of the country's constructive development and the President's strategic course.
Earlier today, a group of deputies voiced support for the merger of AMANAT and ADILET political parties at the XXVI Congress of AMANAT.
