Almaty rocked by 4 magnitude earthquake

ALMATY. May 1. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ Earthquake measuring 4 points on the Richter scale jolted Almaty city today at 8:31 a.m. of Astana time.
According to the municipal Crisis Situations Center, the epicenter of the quake was in 75 km northeast of the city. 4-point and 3.4-point tremors were felt in Almaty and in Taldykorgan cities correspondingly. At the epicenter the tremors reached 5 points. No injuries and victims were reported.
