Almaty Mayor's Office presents keys to corporate housing to Kazakh para taekwondoka Kamilya Dosmalova
Kazakhstan’s para taekwondoka Kamilya Dosmalova has received keys to a corporate housing from the Almaty Mayor’s Office, Kazinform News Agency reports.

As previously reported, 32-year-old Kamilya ranked fifth at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.
Deputy Mayor of the city Beibut Shakhanov congratulated the para athlete and her coach Anvar Ussenov on her successful performance and said she serves as a role-model of willpower and perseverance.

During the meeting, Beibut Shakhanov handed over letters of gratitude from Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov to Kamilya and her coach. The para-athlete also received keys to a corporate housing and 2 million tenge of cash prize, while her coach was awarded 1.5 million tenge.

As reported, Kazakhstan’s para athletes won record number of medals at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games – two gold, three silver and four bronze awards.
