Almaty doctors to practice in Korean Samsung Medical Center

President of Samsung Medical Center Choi Han-yong and A.Yesimov discussed opportunities of provision of highly specialized medical examination and treatment for Almaty residents as well as preparation of professional medical personnel for the municipal healthcare system. "It is important for Kazakhstani doctors to study and train in you medical center", A.Yesimov said.

The Mayor said that construction of seven medical facilities was underway in the city. Five of them will be accomplished this year, two more - next year. The Head of Samsung Center expressed readiness to provide new hospitals of Almaty with modern medical equipment and systems.

Upon the results of the meeting the sides signed a cooperation agreement on strengthening national healthcare through mutual experience exchange in the field of education, medical researches and other sectoral services.
