Al-Qaida ambush convoy of British embassy in Yemen, killing 3

SANAA. October 6. KAZINFORM Al-Qaida in Yemen ambushed a convoy of the British embassy on Wednesday in the capital of Sanaa, killing at least three bystanders and wounded several of the British staff, a security official of the Interior Ministry told Xinhua.
The official said "al-Qaida gunmen fired a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) to the vehicle carrying British staff when it was en- route to the British embassy in Sanaa."
"Around five of the British staff were sent to the hospital after their car was seriously damaged by the RPG shell, which led the car to incline and hit bystanders," he said on condition of anonymity, Xinhuanet reports.
