Aktobe holds II Presidential Olympiad in math, physics, chemistry and biology

262 students take part in the regional round, including 100 pupils from the regional schools, 100 from the urban schools and about 60 students of lyceums and boarding schools for gifted children.

The second round will be held tomorrow on October 31. As the representatives of Aktobe-Daryn Scientific-Practical Center informed, students will take part in the Internet Olympiad and compete in writing essays.

Winners of the third republican round, which will take place in Astana, will get a number of educational privileges. In particular, the first place winners will get an opportunity to take part in Bolashak Program out of competition. The winners of the second and third place will be able to enter any university in Kazakhstan out of competition.
