Air Astana named Best Airline in Central Asia and India

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Air Astana has once again achieved a Skytrax 4 Star rating and was named as the Best Airline in Central Asia and India at the 2014 World Airline Awards held at Farnborough Air Show, according to the official webpage of the company on Facebook.
"Today we would like to thank our passengers. We have received the award owing to your responses, indifferent attitude and honest assessment of the airline", the statement reads. The World Airline Awards are a primary benchmarking tool for Passenger Satisfaction levels of airlines throughout the world, delivering a unique survey format based on analysis of business and leisure travellers, across all cabin travel types (First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy class passengers). The ceremony took place as part of an air show in Farnborough (UK) on July 15.
